This is an informational web site only. We do not take or accept credit card information or personal identification of any nature. Residents may to elect to pay their Annual Fees here with a credit card. We use PayPal to process all credit card transactions. CCOA and this web site do not handle nor retain credit information of any sort. All payment confirmations for Annual Fees are e-mailed directly to the resident by PayPal.
